PRES International Healthcare and its representatives shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, delays, or dissatisfaction arising from treatment provided by any hospital or medical professional. Patients are advised to consult directly with qualified doctors before making healthcare decisions.

5.       Confidentiality of Patient Information

All patient information and medical reports submitted to PRES will be handled with strict confidentiality. Medical documents will only be shared with hospitals with the patient’s consent for the purpose of medical review.

6.       No Guarantee of Treatment

Submission of a medical inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or treatment by any hospital. Hospitals may decide whether to review or accept a case based on their own medical evaluation.
